Peter was amazing from the very begining through close of escrow. We were hopeful but Peter was extremely confident and we hadmultiple offers within the first week of listing. Once buyer secured he was engaged in the negotiation process and we got above asking price. As closing drew near Peter was very involved insuring the corrections needed were made and before we knew it we had funded. I would reccomend Peter to anyone either buting or selling.

Darrin always made himself available whenever we had questions or wanted to look at a property. Our search started before we had moved to Arizona and he went the extra mile in checking out homes in the neighborhoods we had expressed interest in. At no time did Darrin ever make us feel like we needed to speed up the process and he was very straight forward with the information we needed to make an informed buying decision. After the sale Darrin has stayed in contact with us to see how everything is going. We have purchased many homes and dealt with several good realtors, however Darrin is a cut above and we definitely would use him again.

I live in another state I found him on zillow selling another house in my area, so I contacted him. Geoffrey and his team were great, he found a buyer and we closed in less than two months. I had some issues with clearing the title but Monica ( part of his team ) was awesome in helping to resolve that issue.

What could you say about the person who became good friend to you, always ready to help with anything, and answer to any of your endless questions ? Jack was always there, anytime you need him, and what is most important he goes for your best interest, he asked seller things that i never knew is possible, and was pleasant surprised by amount money he saved me, and services for house that come with no payment from me, like one year house insurance ! Highly recommend, give him call, and let him do the magic.

We have purchased and sold many homes in our lifetime, but we have NEVER had such a positive experience as the one we had purchased through Julie. She is a consummate professional in every regard, and in addition, what a delightful personality. Her intimate knowledge of the real estate market in her area was so helpful in determining the best neighborhood for our situation. At one point, we decided to back off of one potential purchase to pursue a different direction, an occurrence that could have been frustrating to a real estate agent, but with Julie, she graciously adjusted and continued to help us finally locate and negotiate the purchase of the home of our dreams. This home had multiple offers and her professional approach placed us on the top and enabled the successful acceptance of our offer. We feel we found both a professional agent and a dear friend.

I couldn't recommend Nick more. What a find! He was so responsive to all of our requests and when we ran into problems with our lender he jumped in and found another one and made things happen—saving the house for us! Besides being adept and knowledgeable, he's personable and easy to talk to. I was amazed at how available he was and how quickly he got back to me if I missed him with a call, text or email. When the seller said they didn't have the garage door opener, Nick bought a new one and even programed it for us—that's service I never would have expected!

Andrea is a great agent who is very knowledgeable and understanding of the whole home buying process. It can be very stressful finding the perfect home but Andrea's? positive attitude will keep you in high spirits. She will be there from beginning to end and is always available to answer questions. I'm very picky and Laura never got angry at me. She kept calm and showed me homes every day for over a month until we found the perfect one. You don't think she would be a good negotiator but she knows how to get the best deal possible no matter what house your purchasing. She's fast with paper work and returning phone calls/texts. Basically I'm saying Laura is for real. She's been a good friend too.
