Chose Andy to sell our AZ house, & so glad we did ! Throughout the whole process, he was ALWAYS available, answering all of our questions, by txt or phone call. He was so patient, & extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything as we went went along. So kind & considerate, offering to help us out with things a realtor normally wouldn’t volunteer to do. Our house sold very quickly, more than the asking price, & he offered suggestions when considering the offers. I highly recommend Andy !

I met Andy while purchasing one of his listings in Mesa, AZ. After purchasing that house, I needed to market my present house, so I discussed that with Andy, and we came up with a marketing plan to list the house, after making sure the house was arranged properly to show the house so as we could maximize the sale price. The house was listed on a Thursday, and there was nine appointments set up to see the house. On Friday morning, Andy called me and informed me that an agent from one of the multiple listing service, had an offer on the property coming in soon. When received, we reviewed the offer, that was slightly higher than the listed price, and met all of my stated specs. The offer was accepted and Andy kept me informed all the way through the loan approval to the closing. All went very smoothly with no surprises. Andy was also available, after the sale to help locate any help I needed to make my transition easier. He has also kept in touch with me after the sale and always responds promptly if I contact him.

Andy has a great knowledge of the valley and a great negotiator. It’s what you need as a buyer or a seller in this market. I’m glad we used him!

Andy has been amazing! He listened to what we wanted, realigned us back into reality a little and helped us look for our home. When we couldn't find our home right away he helped us find a rental that would meet our needs until we could find a home. When we moved into our rental he even sent us a couple of Pizzas to welcome us to Mesa! He has gone above and beyond the call of what we expected from a realtor!

Andy recently helped us sell our house. It was a tough process, but Andy was diligent with following up with potential buyers and keeping us in the loop so that we could make the best decisions for our property.
