Andrea is the BEST!!! We are first time home buyers, so we had 0 idea of how the process of buying a home goes. She was so sweet, walked us through everything very thoroughly, told us none of our questions were stupid although I'm sure some were, and drove all over to look at houses with us. When our first offer on a house got turned down, she told us not to lose hope and that there are SO many beautiful houses out there. She was right! She really knows her stuff! She's an AZ native and is VERY familiar with the east valley area (probably much more, but that's the general area we were looking), and is very tuned in to the housing market here. I feel like we barely did any work in finding and buying our home because she was so on top of things and always told us what came next. I can't say enough good things about our experience with her, and have already been telling any friends looking to buy a house to go with her. Plus, she is just one of those people that everyone loves! Even our almost 2 year old son, who is very much in the stranger danger phase, would get sooooo excited to see her.
