Under current market conditions it is not uncommon for homes in our area to be on the market for six months or more. Our home sold in just short of three months. Much of the credit for this goes to Mike’s expertise, experience and dedication. One example of this is that we had immediate and frequent showings and Mike communicated helpful feedback with us after each showing. Another example is that on many occasions Mike went the extra mile to help resolve issues, one of these being the transfer of our solar panel contract. In summary, we always knew that we were a top priority and Mike was very much committed to the successful sale of our home.

Mike was great to work with and made the sale of selling our property from out of state very easy. We were very happy with the MLS listing that Mike put together for us. The photos and drone shots that were included in it were amazing and showed the property well. Any questions that we had were answered completely and quickly. Mike was always very generous with his time whenever we had to call him, and we appreciated that so much since we were an out of state client. When we get ready to look for a winter retreat we will definately give Mike a call!

Mike and his team were quick to respond to our urgent need to list, sell and move out of state. They continuously went out of their way to accommodate our requests as we navigated a number of issues even after we had moved across country while still working to sell our home.
