Allison is wonderful to work with and at the top of her game! We worked with Allison to purchase our first home in 2019 and then to sell it in 2022, both experiences were great! As a first time home buyer and then seller she really helped us to feel confident in our decision making and always had our best interest in mind. She's very communicative and thorough and answered all of our questions with great detail. There are so many moving parts in a real estate transaction and seeing Allison work was like watching a conductor direct an orchestra, she set the tempo accordingly and guided everyone through the crescendos and decrescendos of the housing market while keeping rhythm and never missing a beat. We came from NY to find our retirement home in AZ. From previous emails, Allison would know our budget and what we were looking for. Allison worked with us until we found a house. What I appreciated the most about Allison is that not only would she show us the positive aspects of a house, but she would also bring to our attention things that we might not have even considered- sun exposure, taller homes around us, street noise, etc. We were able to purchase a house via an iPhone and a one time sitting with a special notary - this was amazing!
