You always hear about people going above and beyond. It’s a staple sentence when reading reviews. But Andrea is a Rock Star! She knows her stuff and isn’t afraid to throw down to make a house you fall in love with your home. She was ready to drive around forever, do tons of research, knock on doors and even put a call into the city about a code regulation. That is not above and beyond. That is a STELLAR realtor. I decided after working with Andrea, her title should be Cat Rustlin’ Rock Star. She managed to keep two people who are easily distracted ‘squirrel’-on task and focused. As we wandered through a home and admired a piece of art or the pet tortoise outside, Andrea continued to reign us in and keep us focused. Yet she he never talked down to us or implied what we wanted in a house was frivolous or silly. I will say, I’m glad she talked us out of the moat. After we found the house-Andrea took charge to make it happen. Seriously, this woman’s energy has no bounds. We were in awe of her organizational skills and passion she puts into her work. There are not enough words in the thesaurus under incredible, to describe Andrea’s customer service. And the best, once you’ve been a customer, you become a member of her posse. She’ll check in, make sure everything is going okay and continues to remind you why you worked with her in the first place. Don’t bother looking any further.
