I have never worked with any Agent with such determination and care. Extremely professional and thorough in her homework on the current Market, home value and neighborhoods. We were out of state and Parul came highly recommended from a work friend. She worked with us remotely and in person. Parul would happily drive from one end of the valley to the other just to show us the property on time so that we would not lose out on a hot property. We were so impressed with Parul that we hired her again to buy our second home and rendered her service to rent out our property. If you want someone who cares; learns your needs and passionate about their work, then Parul is no doubt one of “The BEST" agent to work with. Couple of times when we almost put the money down on the new build and then changed our mind Parul supported us even tough changing our mind meant she would lose a lot of commission. She never once complained and was extremely dedicated to putting us in a home that we would be happy in. We need more people like Parul with ethical and moral integrity who are committed to provide you with best service even if they end up making less money in the process. Unfortunately, we don't have more people like her today, hence i am spreading the word. I am glad that we met Parul and she will be the only one I will go to again and again for any of my future Real estate needs.
