Tera did a great job for us!
Tera was great helping us buy our condo in Myrtle Beach. She really listened to what our wants and needs were and ended up connecting us with a property that is perfect for us and one that we wouldn’t have even known about without her.She was always quick to respond to any message I sent and and questions we had and was available to help us throughout the entire closing process. She is very upfront and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible with our purchase. We will soon be looking to buy a house and are looking forward to Tera’s help again- can’t recommend her enough.

Very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with!
My experience with Tera was superb! She was always on top of getting us showings to the homes we were interested in, even with us being in a different state and having to coordinate weekend showings. She was knowledgeable and on top of any changes that occurred during our search for a home and gave us a heads up on things that we would have no idea about otherwise. Her personality is great and makes you feel as if you are talking with a good friend. I would definitely use Tera for any future real estate needs!

Heather was extremely helpful and patient with me as a first-time home buyer. She went above and beyond when it came to communication, even when I messaged her at odd hours. I’ve done business with many real estate professionals, and I must say that Yanna Milioto is the most responsive and attentive agent that’s ever represented me. She is very knowledgeable, but if she didn’t know an answer to a question, she would find it and get right back to me. She put the whole process at ease for us, and was sincerely caring about the details of the purchase. It was a pleasure doing business with her, as her attitude is always kind and positive.
