Bernadette was very professional and responsive from the very beginning. We did not know what sort of customer service we would receive in a real estate agent and when Bernadette first called us we felt very comfortable. She took my husband and I under her wing and we became instant friends. She is always reachable and goes that extra mile for her customers. We were so happy to have found a home and Bernadette was just as happy for us. She drove us around numerous days and hours and kept in constant contact with us. She even went to our new home to coordinate beds being deliered and set up when we could not be there. Wow! some family is not even that reliable or dependable. Overall it was a great experience to deal with Bernadette and we are very happy with our new home! We have already recommended her to other people we know.
