Courtney was very down to earth, patient and courteous thru out the whole process. We never felt pressured into anything. Her skills and quick responses are a definite asset to any company she might work for. She stayed with us thru out the entire process including attending the closing. Courtney was a huge asset in assisting us in our home purchase from start to finish ,, she answer all questions and most importantly was always there when we needed help. She even help assist the mortgage company in obtaining needed documents, She knows the real estate market and kept us abreast on all properties we wanted to view ,,especially in a hot market that we are currently having. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
Courtney was very knowledgeable regarding the area of Conway we were looking to purchase a home in. She understood what we were looking for and what we were not. When finding the builder who built our home she stood by us every step of the way and was always available when needed. She expressed our concerns to the builder and maintained communication from them to us. We would definitely work with Courtney again and could have not had a better or easy experience.
