Yanna Milioto is an absolutely amazing agent. I moved here from a different state and know nothing about South Carolina and home buying procedures in this state. She understood my needs and requirements. She was proactive and aggressive (in a good way) making sure that everything that needed to be done was done. We had some issues with the lender's team not doing their job properly, but Yanna was persistent and made everything happen in a timely manner. Without her help and expertise, this homebuying experience could have been a nightmare. She even saved me from a huge spider that "attacked" me during our visit to one of the houses we went to see LOL thanks Yanna, you're the best!!! I highly recommend her!

Courtney was very knowledgeable regarding the area of Conway we were looking to purchase a home in. She understood what we were looking for and what we were not. When finding the builder who built our home she stood by us every step of the way and was always available when needed. She expressed our concerns to the builder and maintained communication from them to us. We would definitely work with Courtney again and could have not had a better or easy experience.

We live about 15 hours from where we buying and not once sis ever worry about missing a house. Heather was available at very short notice to go in a virtual tour for us.
