We were looking for a condo near the beach and had lots of criteria. Vicki helped us find the perfect spot! She was patient with us, even when we wanted to see units multiple times! Her negotiation skills helped us to get a very good deal on our unit. She helped us buy our new and sell our old unit. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, Vicki is not only a great realtor, she is also kind and fun to be around. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her!!

Vicki was a referral from a family member who bought their Market Common home through her. My husband and I were casually looking at first but when we found the “one”, Vicki quickly put the offer together to ensure we had a fair chance. The offer was accepted and Vicki continued her prompt responsiveness when the lender requested additional information. Her pleasant demeanor kept us calm throughout the purchase. Highly recommend Vicki!

We’ve worked with seven Realtors and Vickie has been the best of all of them. We’ve purchased property in 3 states, and Vickie is our #1 Realtor. We are so glad.

Mary told us what our property was worth. She listed it for that price and sold it for list price in less than two weeks. She made the whole process smooth and with no stress. She was a joy to work with.

Vicki was outstanding. We told her when we would be in the Myrtle Beach area, specifically looking for a condo as a second home. We gave her our requirements and she scheduled several for us to see. Vicki knows the area/market and by our second day we had an offer on a condo that met ALL our requirements. She communicated with us via phone, text and email. She made the whole process easy in a "seller's" market. Vicki went above and beyond getting us information/contacts for use after closing. Highly recommend.
