Nina is the best realtor I have worked with. She knows the market she knows fair pricing and she thinks of everything. She also listens to what clients are looking for. Of the first 3 listings she sent I wound up buying. Despite doing my due diligence of scouring the web multiple database listings I could find anything I liked better than the 3 she picked. It was an honor to work with Trish to find my final home for retirement. Since I lived out of state, I needed an agent that was my eyes, ears and my second me. I needed she/he to know my style and what I was looking for. I didn’t just wanna see every listing. I wanted that person to actually know what I was looking for and send me listing that was more my taste. After having a hard time with my 1st agent, I googled agents in the area and Trish was the 1st person. She listened to everything that was on my needs list. She understood my pickiness.
