I would recommend Trish to anyone looking for a place in the local area! My wife and I were looking for a new place here in the Myrtle Beach area and Trish helped us find the perfect place within a day! Trish is very knowledgeable in the area, market, and has many connections that helped us find our house. Trish was able to take us to different areas of Horry county and explain what the area was like, making us feel safe about our decision. She was able to explain what the housing market currently is and had many suggestions that were very beneficial for us to save money and get the most out of our house that we built. Any where that we went to look at condos, houses, and apartments, Trish had connections that were extremely helpful. Being first time home buyers/builders, Trish helped us every step of the way to educate and make us feel safe and comfortable in our decision. While we waited on the house being built, we still lived in Columbus Ohio and Trish would consistently update us on the progress of the house. When trouble did occur with the house (being delayed), Trish was always on top and working with the builders to make sure our house was built on time and built correctly. I cannot believe that after just two years I had to sell my cute little house but Todd made it so simple from staging to marketing with unique methods I would never have thought of to negotiating all the offers that came in so I would get the best deal He was absolutely beyond what we could’ve expected or ask for Even though this property was not a high value he treated it like it was $1 million home and treated me the same He didn’t pawn me off to an assistant he personally handled every single step and as a single mother at the time I can’t imagine there is anyone else who could do a better job, and I know because I looked. If you need to sell your property no matter the size or amount you’re trying to get Todd will put more people in front of your home & negotiate The best possible deal He even helped the buyer with financing when their agent could not get it done! Best thing to do is just call him and you’ll see exactly what me and apparently everyone else already knows. He is the best in the Myrtle Beach area hands down.

As a recent Citadel graduate I wasn’t expecting anyone to live up to the quality standards I knew we needed to find a property that would check all the boxes.
