Stephenie did a great job showing us around the properties and more importantly providing ample support throughout the purchasing process. I am a first time home buyer so for me this was quite the undertaking. She helped us through every step of the process, explaining things in detail to both myself and my grandfather. Since my grandfather is not computer-savvy or able to easily travel she was even willing to come to his house and help him with paperwork. My grandfather can be a bit to work with to the extent that I am almost certain any other realtor might of thrown in the towel (hah). But Stephenie handled him with professionalism, understanding and care. She knew how to speak his language and connect with him. She was very approachable and genuinely invested in our family throughout the entire process. I will never forget working with her and going through our first closing on a house. It will remain with me forever as a happy memory. If you're a first time home buyer or interested in buying a home in general I would highly recommend her, 10/10. Stephenie was outstanding in walking us thru the process of trying to find a home and buying a home. She even helped us thru the process of selling our home even though she was not the agent on record. She was always accommodating when we called to have her meet us to see a home.
