This was our second home purchase in South Carolina and working with Sharon was by far the best experience. Sharon hit the ground running on day one, and did not stop until we sold! (under contract in one week!) I would highly recommend Sharon for your buying and selling needs. I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

We were a family looking for a generational home to fill with three generations. We all had different ideas of what our home should look like and feel like. But then we met Sharon, Sharon Chrzanowski put us on a common ground. We had a conversation about what we wanted...what we needed and what we could afford, then off she went. The phone calls...text and emails were non stop. Sharon showed us places within our comfort zone and out of our comfort zone...She reminded each of us about eligibility and affordability. Sharon worked hard for us...she dealt with the many different personalities ..not always with a smile but always with an professional yet understanding outlook and response. She never gave up on any of us. We created a family chat so that each of us stayed on the same page. Once the magic happened of finding a home that would suit all our needs and wants, she still held our hands. She always reinforced us with her help just in case we did not understand something or just to keep motivating us to turn things in a timely manner. We greatly feel blessed and honored to have stumbled upon such a wonderful human. The art of her craft to sale was not her focus... the art of making us feel comfortable to buy most certainly was. Sharon wasn't to over or to under...she was just right.. She should hold the title "Home Buyer's Whisper". We thank God for each other, Our new home and Sharon. The Lewis -Ward family are now proud new owners of a beautiful home and the process was made easy thanks to Sharon!!!!! Wishing others an experience as good as ours.

I stumbled across one of Sharon’s FB posts and was intrigued initially by property tax rates in SC. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy or was ready to buy, but Sharon kept me abreast of the sales and incentives of the builders in the area. I decided to venture down on a whim for a quick impromtu visit and ended up pulling the trigger on a home. I’m an out of state buyer who really didn’t know much about the area. Sharon swept in and took care of me from beginning to end. No matter the time of day or day of the week, anytime I had a question or bump in the road she was right there to handle it and reassure me. Don’t under estimate her, she is a huge wealth of knowledge and will go to bat for her clients. She knows the ins and outs of this business and then some! Through the buying process I have developed not only a professional relationship but also a friendship with her. I can’t say enough good things!!! The buying process was definitely one I will always remember fondly and exceptional all around.

From the first time we spoke on the phone, Ashley was very understanding about the help we were looking for. She gave us forward advice and didn’t just care about the sell but also about making sure we were comfortable with our budget and reaching our goal. She checked in us many times during the process and answered every question we had throughly. We were honestly on the point of giving up finding a property we could fix up without have to spend a huge amount on the sell price and reaching out to her helped us accomplish a dream our family has been wanting to start for quite a while now.We truly are thankful for all the help and attention she gave us!

I just wanted to share the experience that we had with Janet, as our realtor, she was/is professional, knowledgeable, always available and willing to help. For us, being out of town clients were a bit difficult to look and see homes in-person but Janet was there to do the work for us. We were happy to have her helping us finding that piece of real estate that we can call home a way from home. She went above and beyond. If you We are looking for a realtor in the Myrtle Beach, SC or nearby area, I would recommend Janet as a realtor...and she's friend, too!

As a first time homebuyer, I began the journey with minimal knowledge of the process or possibilities. Sharon guided me through each step with confidence and reassurance and made a once seemingly impossible dream of homeownership a reality. Her prior experience and knowledge of the mortgage lending process was invaluable as she directed me through each hurdle that came my way when obtaining a mortgage. Sharon was amazingly responsive, advocated for my best interests, and reassured me constantly along the way. I cannot say enough good things about her and absolutely cannot recommend her enough to anyone wanting to make their homeownership dreams come true. One of the best decisions I have ever made is deciding to give her a call!

We just sold our home in Brighton Lakes and had the pleasure to work with Shannon. She made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Shannon really listened and cares passionately about her job and her calming manner worked wonders for us.
