Becoming a first-time homeowner was an undaunting task that was made easier by Ashley Reed. Ashley was at my "beck and call, text, and email" throughout the process. (This also included the weekends.) If I needed questions answered about the home, she found the answer and promptly shared the information with me. Not only did Ashley make suggestions when needed, which was often during the home buying process, but she also attended the showing pointing out possible issues, and she explained items on the contract and land lease. At one point, Ashley went so far as to go to the property manager to pick up the needed paperwork which we had been waiting to receive. I told Ashley that I needed to adopt her because she made herself available whenever I needed questions answered or when I needed her input. Anyone fortunate to work with Ashley should consider themselves lucky. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Janet was always an excellent communicator, which for me is one of the most important attributes I look for when working with someone in such an important endeavor. My experience was truly a "God thing" and Janet understood that. While looking a one property, (set up by Janet in our desired neighborhood), I was walking around enjoying the beautiful neighborhood, when I met & started talking to a lady on her screened in porch. Her view was gorgeous, like a dream. She told me her home was going to be up for sale within about 2 months. I talked to Janet and she was on it immediately. She did all of the communicating and negotiating with the home owners and we had a contract before it went on the market. We may never have been able to afford it if it went on the market and had multiple bids. Janet work hard to make our dream come true. She will work hard, give you her best, will always be upfront and honest, and will always do whatever is needed to make the real-estate purchasing process as smooth & fair as possible. I will highly recommend Janet whenever I have the chance to do so.
