Angie was such an informative agent. We had many questions and concerns. She was there for us from day one with any information that we needed and followed through till the end. Angie rolled her sleeves up and jumped right in to help move or pack things. If we were to ever need a realtor again we would definitely use her again. She has such a positive and caring personality.

I was a first time seller and had no idea where to start. When I contacted Candice she guided me through the whole process. She researched my property and it’s value and came back with valuable advice. She was always prompt and professional while at the same time making sure I understood so that I could make informed decisions. I highly recommend Candice if you are in need of a realtor!

Ashely very was well informed about the housing market , school districts and resources in the Horry county area . Ashely articulated the buying process of houses in such a well manner that it allowed me and my wife to make right decisions and get the beat deal. Ashely was also present at every meeting with the builders, construction superintendent, and lawyer at closing. We recommend Ashely Reed to anyone looking to purchase a property. Thank you Ashely 👍👍

This review is from John and Vivian; Ashley Reed is one of the best agents in the Myrtle Beach area, she is dedicated to ensure that her clients receive their dream home. We started working with Ashley the beginning of 2022, We live in NC, we were trying to relocate to Horry County. She began to search for our dream home, She sent us several homes that she thought that we would be interested in, she also took us on several tours of homes, that she thought that we would be interested in. She took us on several tours of homes virtual and in person. She stayed in constant contact with us as she diligently searched for our dream home. Any time we needed to discuss anything about a possible home she returned all of our calls promptly. She really went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us in finding our perfect dream home. Which she located the size of the home perfectly, the size of the lot perfectly, the area perfectly. All that we wanted we received. ALL THE AMEENITIES we requested. Due to commitment and dedication on Ashley Reed's part seeking to take care of all of our wishes for our dream home. Through this process she carried herself with patience and professionalism. And she truly went out of her way to bless us with the dream we dreamed of. She treated us as if we were her only client and made us feel very special. John and Vivian Thorpe
