We had an exceptional experience dealing with Janet as our agent. She was knowledgeable, professional, and handled our questions and the paperwork in a prompt and timely manner. Since we were buying from out of state, what could have been a stressful process was made easy. Above all, Janet's honest and compassionate character for all parties involved in this sale shined brightly and left us with nothing but gratitude that we were lucky enough to have her as our agent.

Being first time home buyers, we knew this process was going to be stressful but Ashley Reed was so patient with us. She really took the time to explain everything and kept us informed throughout all the steps. Any question we had, we knew Ashley was a quick text or phone call away. After telling Ashley what type of house we were looking for, she took everything into consideration and we literally fell in love with the 2nd home we went to see! Ashley is fantastic at her job, she really pays attention to details and is very professional and knowledgeable. Ashley really went above and beyond for us to find our perfect home. We highly recommend her to anyone, she is an excellent realtor and even more amazing all round person!

I can’t thank Janet enough for making the home buying experience such an easy stress free process! My husband and I were moving from Florida to South Carolina and were going in completely blind to this area and worried how we were going to find a home without making multiple long trips taking leave from work. Thankfully we were referred to Janet who promptly cleared her calendar for us and discussed what we were looking for. She researched many options for us and asked our feedback on what we would like to see. When we arrived she was geared up and ready to show us everything we wanted to see. She was very patient with us while my husband and I debated over 3 days and that was no easy task! We found a home model we liked but did not like the lot size or area, so Janet investigated until she found us the exact home we wanted on an amazing lot! Too good to be true! As soon as we saw the neighborhood and the house we both knew it was “The One”! She took everything into consideration and delivered exactly what we wanted. She negotiated a great price for us and was there to assist with anything that came up prior to closing. I’m so thankful for her help in making our move easy peasy! If you want a responsive and attentive realtor, she’s your girl!

Sharon knows more about real estate and lending than any of her competitors. She has an extensive background in lending, which gives her clients the upper hand when obtaining a mortgage. Sharon will walk you through the entire process of buying a home with 100% transparency and ease. She works extremely hard for her clients to match them to the home they want. If you’re considering buying a home, definitely sign with Sharon Chrzanowski! It would not have been possible without her help!

Sharon was/is amazing. She works hard, she’s dedicated and always right there for any question or assistance. It’s a definite benefit that she has a mortgage background. Buying a house is not easy and is very stressful but having Sharon in our corner made it quite a bit better. I would definitely recommend her and if I ever need a realtor again, she’s the first one I’m calling! Thank you Sharon!!!!!

She’s more than your average agent I stumbled across one of Sharon’s FB posts and was intrigued initially by property tax rates in SC. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy or was ready to buy, but Sharon kept me abreast of the sales and incentives of the builders in the area. I decided to venture down on a whim for a quick impromtu visit and ended up pulling the trigger on a home. I’m an out of state buyer who really didn’t know much about the area. Sharon swept in and took care of me from beginning to end. No matter the time of day or day of the week, anytime I had a question or bump in the road she was right there to handle it and reassure me. Don’t under estimate her, she is a huge wealth of knowledge and will go to bat for her clients. She knows the ins and outs of this business and then some! Through the buying process I have developed not only a professional relationship but also a friendship with her. I can’t say enough good things!!! The buying process was definitely one I will always remember fondly and exceptional all around.
