Can't say enough about Sharon. I had went through two other agents before I landed a gem like Sharon. She would run all over SC to video chat(I lived out of state) while showing me different properties she found. She listened to what I wanted and went out and found it for me. One day she drove to 4 different locations in the rain to make sure I saw theses properties. She gave me recommendations on inspectors, anything I needed Sharon would find it. If she didn't know the answer right off she doesn't stop until she can get the information I needed. Even late night she would text just so I would have a peace of mind. She goes beyond caring and makes you feel like you are her family and she will give you well over 100% of her time. I lost 2 properties from wasting my time on the other two agents. I can’t thank Janet enough for making the home buying experience such an easy stress free process! My husband and I were moving from Florida to South Carolina and were going in completely blind to this area and worried how we were going to find a home without making multiple long trips taking leave from work. Thankfully we were referred to Janet who promptly cleared her calendar for us and discussed what we were looking for. She researched many options for us and asked our feedback on what we would like to see. When we arrived she was geared up and ready to show us everything we wanted to see. She was very patient with us while my husband and I debated over 3 days and that was no easy task! We found a home model we liked but did not like the lot size or area, so Janet investigated until she found us the exact home we wanted on an amazing lot! Too good to be true! She’s more than your average agent I stumbled across one of Sharon’s FB posts and was intrigued initially by property tax rates in SC. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy or was ready to buy, but Sharon kept me abreast of the sales and incentives of the builders in the area. I decided to venture down on a whim for a quick impromtu visit and ended up pulling the trigger on a home. I’m an out of state buyer who really didn’t know much about the area. Sharon swept in and took care of me from beginning to end. No matter the time of day or day of the week, anytime I had a question or bump in the road she was right there to handle it and reassure me. Don’t under estimate her, she is a huge wealth of knowledge and will go to bat for her clients. She knows the ins and outs of this business and then some!
