Coming from another state ,having little knowledge of South Carolina, and even less knowledge in the home buying process ,was very stressful to say the least. Sharon Chrzanowski was the best fit for me as a realtor. Her confidence and knowledge of the real estate market instantly put me at ease. She demonstrated utmost professionalism and guided me through the process with genuine concern. Sharon was in constant communication with me ,keeping me on course, making sure everything ran smoothly. Sharon was so easy to talk with, answering all my questions and concerns, with knowledge and patience. She made a stressful homebuying experience,an absolute pleasure. It was a delight to work with Sharon and would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and kind hearted realtor. I would give her a million stars if I could. Thank you Sharon from the bottom of my heart.

We had an awesome experience with Sharon as our realtor during the purchase of our new home! Sharon is very knowledgeable of the market in our area, the various neighborhoods that would meet all of our needs & the necessary requirements for different types of mortgages we considered. Sharon made the transition from renting to purchasing very smooth & was always available when we had questions or concerns. We are appreciative of everything Sharon did for us & highly recommend her for all real estate needs!

I never imagined when I called looking for a realtor I would gain a new friend/family member. From the moment I spoke with Shannon I knew she had my best interest at heart. I was approved for a USDA loan and sometimes that can have its difficulties. Shannon was willing to learn everything she can about this type of loan to assist me in every step of the way. I could not imagine anyone else providing me such an effort less process. If you want someone that will have your back each step of the way and fight for you Shannon is that person!!

Nicole went above and beyond helping our family find our dream home. She took the time to listen to our wants and needs and used her knowledge of the market to check all the boxes. Nicole was professional and easy to communicate with. Our family re-located from out of state. We had many questions regarding the process and she was very responsive, never making us feel like a burden. We purchased a new home and Nicole took the time to visit, take pictures and gives us updates throughout the building process as well as completing a walk through via FaceTime with us as we were unable to be here. Our Family appreciates all she has done for us throughout the buying process and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

My wife and I were planning on doing a home search in the Myrtle Beach area for our relocation. After basically stacking Sharon on Facebook for a couple months, and liking what I saw, I made contact with Sharon and explained what our plans were and discussed our needs etc, and immediately decided to work with Sharon. I told her we were coming down for house hunting first weekend in December for 5 days and wanted to begin planning on scheduling homes to see. Sharon said we likely wouldn't need that much time but gladly put the time aside for us. I had been doing research on areas, neighborhoods that we wanted to see and Sharon made plans for us to view homes and also recommended a new community start beginning. After first 2 days, 7-8 communities and some 16 homes later, my wife and I wanted to see the very first home we saw again and went back to look again, and we decided to move forward with this home. Sharon took control and said I can get extras from this developer. She did exactly what she said, AND CAME BACK WITH AN AWESOME PACKAGE to present to the developer. Within 30 minutes of making the offer, she had acceptance from the developed. much to our surprise and joy. Through the whole process right to closing, Sharon was there every step of the way, making the entire process so easy. This was my 5th home purchase but the very first for my wife, and Sharon made her very comfortable through it all. Sharon is exceptional...... we could not be happier.

My wife and I were looking for a new forever home when one weekend she went to an open house where she met not only the most amazing realtor, but our new friend Ms. Sharon. I met Sharon the following day as she toured several houses with us. Ms. Sharon was quickly amazing at getting to know my wife even by a simple facial expression. They would walk into a house and tour the home if one thing was off that my wife was unsure about Sharon picked up on it and automatically knew it was not the house for us without my wife having to say a word. This being said, it was as if Sharon had known my wife for years. Ms. Sharon takes pride in her career and her customers interest. She brought my wife and I to a home we fell in love with at first glance. This was our forever home, I knew it. There were a lot of ups and downs along the way with financing due to a data breach etc. Some real estate agents would want to just wait for answers, but Sharon fought daily for answers never giving the loan officer a break. Once the data breach was finalized we knew that we were approved immediately because Sharon was right on top of it. Sharon is truly the most amazing, loving person that could ever have represented us in purchasing our home. I deeply thank her for not only the professionalism, but the warmth and love she showed us from start to finish. We could never have our new home if it wasn’t for her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase. She will forever be a part of our lives and I will forever be thankful for her. We believe she was brought into our lives for a purpose. That purpose was to find, help and conquer our forever home, but most of all for new friendships.

I began looking into purchasing a property three years ago. Ms Graham remained diligent when my offers on the first two properties didn't work out. Over that period of time she kept in touch with me and with her excellent help I finally closed my wonderful Condo. I would highly recommend Ms. Graham to anyone looking for a great Real Estate Agent
