We had the unique experience of choosing a property site unseen. Sharon was amazing through the entire project. During every phase of construction Sharon would go to the house so we could video chat together. She was patient with all my questions and so knowledgeable with her answers. Sharon advocated for us with the builder and did NOT back down. Sharon was very thoughtful when it came to making sure my elderly parents were well informed. Sharon changed the location of the closing because my mom is handicapped and she knew the space couldn’t properly accommodate her. If you’re selling or buying a property Sharon is the one to call!!!

I met Dan and Sharon a few years ago when Sharon helped me buy my first house in Myrtle Beach… before Dan even became an agent. From the very beginning, they were an absolute blast. Sharon and I are both originally from the same area in Pennsylvania, although we didn’t know each other before I moved to South Carolina. This time around, I got the full tag-team duo!!! Let me tell you… we laughed A LOT. We basically laughed our way through every hurdle that popped up along the journey. If it weren’t for Dan being the voice of reason a few times, I may have completely lost my mind. At one point, Dan even offered to put on a coconut bra and grass skirt to help draw attention to my open house. 😂 I’m still waiting for the day we can all take a picture dressed up together — but since I work remotely out of state and have been juggling multiple moves, that adventure will have to wait until I’m back home again. If you want agents who will fiercely advocate for you, go the extra mile, and genuinely care, these two are it. They even planted a St. Joseph statue in front of my listing for me when I couldn’t make it there myself. So grateful for both of them through this entire process
