My husband and I worked with Darcie personally in October 2019. Before October it was entirely via emails - as we would find houses we were interested in the Villages, Florida. Mr. McKean was not the first agent I had contacted, but because of his iniative and efforts he assisted me in finding the exact house I was looking for. I was interested in one house but he pointed out afew aspects about the house that made it a poor choice for me. He suggested alternative homes that better met my desires and he was always looking out for me and not just interested in making a quick sale. After finding the home I truly liked he followed through effectively and efficiently so that I was able to close on the house within 3 weeks at a price that was much lower than advertised. Even after I closed on the house he assisted me in finding furnishings and provided me with an enormous amount of information on the workings of the Villages that has made my transition easier than expected. Mr. McKean is an exceptional agent and a very good person - I would recommend him highly and I consider him a friend even though I have known him a short time. If you want an agent who truly cares about you, I suggest you try Mr. McKean before any others.
