We had the house listed with another agency for six months. We lost 4 contracts, nothing done to market except for being out there. The house across the street was listed by Liss and sold in 20 days. When our contract was up we contacted Liss and listed the house with her. She came in and staged the house with place settings, throw rugs, pictures, chairs on the porch and more.
