Coop took care of everything! I lived out of state. He put out some trash and even got boxes of stuff donated for me. I was only able to make a couple of trips to the property. He went way above and beyond. He even lined up some contractors for me and met them at the property. The paperwork was super smooth. He had me 3 offers at the first open house and we closed in no time! He was very professional and super attentive! He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Cheri was patient and caring and knew her stuff. She was pleasant when meeting us at the houses and allowed us plenty of time to walk around. In the end after looking at about 10 houses we found the one that suited us the best and Cheri was there to get this transaction written up and complete. She advised us with an inspector for a smooth process.

Liss Cartagena, is a champion to me because she worked tirelessly to keep her promise to sell my home to my total satisfaction during this very difficult housing market. We worked together finding our best asking price and doing a few other property projects but mostly Liss, put in all the effort. The house was staged beautifully, lots announcements were sent out, the home’s essentials were updated, stunning videos captured the best aspects of the property and many welcoming open houses were held. I was always updated, asked if I had any suggestions and given immediate phone access to Liss. From the start to the final negotiations everything exceeded my expectations. We met Liss in the initial "get to know the Villages" phase of our journey at a random open house. While we werent interested in that house we were impressed with Liss and her knowledge and patience. We signed her as our agent immediately and were not disappointed. Sometimes you get lucky. We scheduled a four day trip to try to learn the Villages and purchase a house. Browsed some houses on Zillow and did a search for a realtor in the area prior to the trip. Chose “Coop” from his stellar reviews and reached out to let him know our plans. His communication was on point and there was zero pressure. We felt entirely in control of the process with Coop as our guide. He showed us many houses, answered all our questions and was a true professional in every way. We ended up purchasing a great house in a great location for a great price. Jana has an immense knowledge of the TV area. After our first visit, Jana knew exactly what we were looking to purchase! She showed us the properties that we wanted to see not the ones she wanted to push as most realtors do. Finding a good realtor is a crap shoot but Jana came thru for us. We came up to the villages for a week. We didn't have a signed realtor but went to many open houses. We stopped at one house that Jana was showing but told her what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood. She said that she had another one that might be a fit and it was. She didn't pressure us but she was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. As they say, most people buy three times in the villages, well if we look again we will definitely get back in touch with Jana. Strongly encourage house hunters to use Jana.
