You could see that he was a very competent realtor and was eager to sell our home for the right price. He did a lot of hard work for us including getting us the people to take care of the small home inspection issues we had to take care of. James is really just an incredible person. Before the listing, he brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online. That brought in a serious buyer for us. His marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! James kept everything moving along and getting to the closing in a timely manner. He was always there for me to answer questions that I had! A very responsive and responsible guy, a good person in real like, I could see that. My family had a great experience!

I can't say enough about Liss' dedication and effort in getting my home sold for a fair price. She started by providing me with information that supported her recommendation for pricing and then provided staging support to present the property at its best. What impressed me the most was her willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done after the listing. She isn't a "just list it on MLS and see what happens" agent. She worked her contacts, held open houses, got my golf cart out of storage and drove it to the house, found repair vendors when I needed them and supervised them when I was out of town. Purchased a new carpet and TV stand for the living room. I was a REALTOR for 15 years in a resort and retirement market and witnessed all levels of service. I like to think that I provided a superior level of service, but I would have to say that Liss is an Agent's Agent and I was blessed to have had her working for me.
