Working with Karla was my best ever real estate experience. Karla comes prepared to get the job done & gets it done. She came armed with the most beautiful & understandable comp presentation I've ever seen, which helped us to price right. We listed on a Wednesday & had 2 offers by Saturday. We sold over our list price. She handled everything beautifully from start to finish. She's a consummate pro. And just such a great person too!
