When I put my For Sale By Owner sign up Rick stopped by as a neighbor whom I had met just a time or two. He offered suggestions and said when I was ready to list he would be there. COVID-19 was making it difficult and it was a great deal of work for a single older lady. After a month or two I listed it with Rick and he sold it within 2 weeks. Our relationship with Rick and his wife Lynn was a wonderful experience. This past winter I had many health issues, therefore my husband and I decided we would sell our FL home and not be Snowbirds or as I prefer Seasonal people. We called Rick. Rick came over to give us a CMA we listed with him, we asked Rick to do several things for us as we were unable to do the final things to the house such as paint one room a more neutral color, have carpets cleaned, and do a final cleaning. Rick and wife Lynn managed to get everything ready within a week, Rick then held an open house that first weekend and held our home open the following two weeks. The third week we received a full price and our home closed this past week. We felt Rick priced the house to sell and we are happy for the whole worry free experience.
