What can we say? Rick contacted us to sell our home. We tried to sell on our own but we were located in Ottawa Ontario Canada. To our surprise we found out that Rick is a former Canadian. Rick literally took over and sold our house at a price we higher than we felt we could get. He did open house and advertised the house relentlessly until he procured a buyer.
