We could not have asked for a better experience than working with Jodi Bakst to sell our house. She gave us excellent advice on preparing it for sale, and doing an advance home inspection to make sure there would be no surprises at closing. She found good comparables and made an excellent recommendation on how to price it, with the result that it sold within four days at a price substantially higher than the listing. Jodi was great in taking us around to different communities when we were looking to relocate. Once we purchased the home, she followed through with having he construction inspected each step of the way as we were not in state at the time. She continued through when we made the purchase and sale agreement and helped after we had moved to the area. She is a great asset to her clients and her profession.Jodi Baskt helped us tremendously when we moved from Massachusetts to Chapel Hill. She was very patient in taking us to many complexes and areas in the area and not too far from family. On our last day, she took us to Encore which is an over 55 community in Briar Chapel. It was a match. She helped guide us through the construction process with inspections and helped with getting a mortgage. She was with us every step of the way and acted on our behalf when we were in Massachusetts. We could not have found a warmer and more professional person than Jodi. After being settled in for almost a year and half, we are ever so thankful for her guidance and support. We have recommended her to friends and people we have met in the area.
