Lynn was amazing! My parents and I were looking to purchase a property and were coming from out of town. Lynn was very accommodating with our schedule and needs. Jodi and her team did a great job with marketing our property and providing vendors to do timely improvements to the home before putting it on the market. We ended up spending about four times more money on updates than we had anticipated and many hours of personal hands-on time but the work resulted in a full price offer within days of going on the market. Jodi and her team saw through every detail in responding to the offer through closing.

Jodi lit a fire under us. We appreciated that she was businesslike from the beginning. In our first meeting she clearly outlined her role and legal responsibilities, possible conflicts of interest, etc. She sized up the condition of the house, prioritized a task list and put us in touch with contractors she trusted. Her knowledge of the Chapel Hill housing market is excellent. She was firm but flexible and guided us smoothly to a high offer two days after the house was listed.

Jodi helped us find the perfect home. Finding the home was the easy part. Jodi worked with us and the seller’s realtor to negotiate and price below the asking price. Additionally, she worked the inspector to determine uncover several issues that needed to be addressed. One area where Jodi separates herself from other realtors is in the quality of the contractors she uses. Every one is professional and delivers high quality results from painters, to general contractors to irrigation specialists. The entire process went smoothly. We felt very confident that our interests were well taken care of as Jodi took us through the entire home buying process.

We knew we had a huge challenge ahead of us as out of town buyers with a specific timeline. Lynn exceeded our expectations. She kept in almost daily contact over multiple months, often going to properties that seemed to meet our criteria. She would do a video tour of the property, but most importantly- give honest feedback about the pros and cons of the property. Her feedback and knowledge resulted in a very positive and trusting relationship. This culminated in us finding a property that checked all the boxes. It was a very positive experience, and clearly we would gladly recommend Lynn as a realtor based on our very positive experience.

I lived in Chapel Hill for 25 years before moving out, so I’m familiar with many of the well-known realtors in the area. Before meeting Jodi, I spoke with another agent to evaluate my home. She was very nice, but she told me that homes in my neighborhood were not selling well and She suggested listing my house at a price similar to another home on my street.However, my house sits on a premium lot, has a very unique layout, and includes many upgrades. Even so, the other realtor still felt we should list at a similar price point. Then I called Jodi. She arrived at my house within an hour carrying a folder full of research she had already prepared. After reviewing my home, she confidently told me she believed we could list it significantly higher than the comparable homes in the neighborhood — but she also explained that proper preparation would be essential before going to market. Jodi worked incredibly hard. She checked on the house almost every day. She designed improvements for the landscaping, coordinated painting for the siding, and guided every detail of the preparation process. At first, I was hesitant to invest in all those improvements because I wasn’t sure I would get the money back, but she was absolutely right. She spent an entire month preparing the house for sale. She arranged a pre-sale inspection and helped address the major issues ahead of time. She hired an excellent photographer, and the listing photos turned out absolutely gorgeous. She used virtual staging upstairs and professional staging downstairs, all while keeping staging costs much lower than we originally expected. Throughout the entire process, she was transparent, hardworking, and extremely dedicated. My house sold in just 5 days with multiple offers, plus sold price is forty thousands above the list price. I truly believe Jodi is exceptional at what she does, and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home in Chapel Hill.
