This was our second experience using Jodi Bakst to shop real estate in the Triangle Area, and she's 2 for 2! Jodi is knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and aggressively proactive for her clients. We're from out of state, so it was especially important to have Jodi's extensive knowledge of the market, NC laws, and contacts for every aspect of our purchase; from inspections through extensive upgrades after purchase, Jodi held our hands every step of the way. Cannot recommend her enough! Lyn and Steve

We have rarely worked with someone so approachable yet professional, caring and competent… our largest concerns ( inspections, selling price etc) were met but so were small yet worrisome issues…the sorts of things that keep sellers up at night like messy paint jobs and trash cans and lights left on or alarms left off…Jodi handled them all with calm, with humor and with speed.

She handled everything incredibly swiftly and accurately, ensuring that every step of the process went smoothly. Thanks to her, we were able to secure our dream home in perfect condition in one go. She meticulously checked every detail, even those that could have been overlooked, making the entire home-buying process truly flawless. Moreover, she negotiated the house price with precise analysis, actually reducing my costs. During inspections, she went through everything with me, ensuring that I could receive possible repairs from the buyer's perspective.

Lynn guided us through the purchase of a second home in Sarasota, Florida. My wife and I were in Massachusetts the entire time. She did all the leg work. Always available for a question or two. I recommend her with no hesitation.

Lynn Nilssen is an amazing real estate Agent. My mother and I owned a property together that needed to be sold in order for my mom to go into a retirement community. Lynn stepped up to the challenge and helped us obtain a qualified buyer at a very favorable price. Everything was seamlessly handled And I am grateful for all lynns help from start to finish. I would highly recommend her, and would gladly retain her again as my realtor

I needed a realtor who could act fast and do all of the work necessary to ensure my bid to buy a property succeeded. Lynn is incredible. From our very first conversation when she asked me all of the right questions, I knew I could trust her and that she would be pro-active in not just getting the information I needed, but most importantly figuring out the best way to structure my offer. She is intelligent, caring, and energetic. In every aspect of the process, she went above and beyond and easily met our tight deadlines. The very day that I first spoke to her, she called several people for additional information about the property, and then went to the property to video it for me as I was out of town. She then gave me great advice as to when and how I should submit an offer. By that weekend, she closed the deal very successfully. My husband and I highly, highly recommend Lynn!

We were out of town sellers and Jodi and her team were very helpful identifying and getting done for us all of the tasks and improvements required for sale in this market environment. And we sold for well over the asking price - thank you!

We were so lucky to have found Jodi when we were relocating to Durham! Jodi exemplifies all the traits of a vanishing breed of professional individuals who love what they do. We had a lengthy long distance home search with many twists and turns deciding whether or not to build a home and changing course many times. Jodi was always willing and available to show us properties and always encouraging. We ended up finding an ideal home for us in a perfect location. Jodi navigated what were some difficult dealings and tension filled moments, the end result being that we got the house! Her attention to detail did not end with closing on the property. She is a boundless knowledgeable resource for all home related inquiries. I would not hesitate to use her again if the need arises, or to recommend her to family and friends for the buying or selling of a home.

Jodi went above and beyond negotiating on our behalf with what was most likely the most difficult seller in real estate history. The home we were purchasing had solar panels that had not worked in 2 - 3 years. Jodi used her knowledge of the solar industry to work with vendors to figure out why the system did not work and obtain a credit from the seller to compensate us for the needed repairs. After the closing Jodi has remained in contact with us and provided numerous recommendations for vendors. Her post sale service included a home warranty, which we have used to replace a double oven & exhaust fan at minimal cost to us. We have purchased numerous properties in the last 30 years and I will say Jodi has provided the most post sale support of any agent we've ever used. We would highly recommend her as a buyers agent.

We have worked with Karyn several times, having first used her in 2016 when we moved to NC. Since then, we have bought and sold several investment properties and she has always proven knowledgeable, thoughtful, and concerned with our priorities. She is especially helpful negotiating with other agents and advocating for us based on reason and logic. We love her and plan to continue using her for all our real estate needs.

We have worked with Karyn since 2018 when she helped us move from Massachusetts to Durham. We have made many moves since then, and every time we have engaged Karyn because she is so great to work with. She takes time to find out what you need, and then really searches for it. She has pushed us to consider different locations based on what we said we were looking for and we have never been disappointed. She has handled our purchases (3 since 2018, and our sales 2 since 2018) and has made the whole process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She knows her stuff!
