We were very happy with our experience in our recent house sale in Chapel Hill. Although it took considerably longer time to sell this house than our past houses - sold in 4 to 9 days - in three other states we've lived. This is because, we believe for this one we did not start the sale until later part of the year. However, the house was sold right away just before we plan to put it on the market again in February this year. Throughout the entire process, Jodi was working diligently and kept us informed in her efforts and strategies. She has set up three open houses for us. Her colleague at the Real Estate Experts, Boyce Duffie, according to our neighbors who attended the open house, did an excellent job in presenting the house. During the sells period and after we moved away to our new home, the house was left empty. Jodi placed enlarged printed pictures on easels to show our furniture arrangements in various rooms. These were proven very helpful. Over all speaking, we were very happy to have worked with Jodi and will recommend her and the Real Estate Experts to others without reservation.

Our property is in the Chapel Hill area but we live in another state. It was particularly important for us to work with an agent who uses the Web effectively for marketing and who uses email, text, phone, and electronic documents to keep in touch throughout the process. Jodi emailed an excellent presentation packet when I first contacted her, a big factor in our choosing her over the other three agents I approached. In the packet, she emphasized communication and feedback, so we could tell she realized these would be important to us as clients. Jodi far exceeded our hopes and expectations. She supported and guided my husband and me every step of the way: through repairs and updating, pricing, marketing, working with the buyer, and closing. She is extremely professional and at the same time warm and personable. Once the house hit the market it sold quickly. It was priced right--which we never could have figured out ourselves. Jodi took excellent pictures, had them "virtually" stage with eye-catching computer graphics, and hired a professional appraiser to do a floor plan and measure square footage. The house was actually larger than we realized and we were able to adjust our price upwards a bit. We can recommend Jodi without hesitation.
