Kent worked with me for many, many months to help me find the home I would be happy in. For the 1st 6 months I was just looking at places as I still had a home to sell out of state. Once that home sold, I was ready to buy a new home and he looked continuously for that home for me. He took me to quite a few options but they never quite struck the right chord with me. Finally, he showed me one that ticked off so many of the boxes that I had identified as needs and/or wants! He helped me put in the right offer and it was accepted. YEAH!! One of the many traits I appreciated about him was when I would apologize for taking me to so many homes that I said no to, he always stated "I love this part of the process and love showing my clients a variety of options". That reassured me that I was not wasting his time and he truly wanted me to find the right place to live.

Tracie took charge of all matters, giving us options on repairs. She was very knowledgeable and came prepared when listing our home. I have felt that I was her highest priority, even though she has had multiple clients. We have used her twice for sales , and she has shown us housed as well . Tommy was great to work with! We have not purchased a home through our realtor in a very long time, and he was very patient and responsive to us! We felt that he was honest and appreciated the fact that he went above and beyond to always respond to our questions, no matter what time of day. Being that we lived two hours away, he put in time on the weekends and made every effort to make sure he could accommodate our schedule and travel time. We especially appreciated his eye for detail. He noticed imperfections and things to question that we may not have noticed.
