Although this transaction must certainly be of minor priority compared to others that she was working, her effort never gave the impression that it was not a priority, and she was giving her best effort. Mark, Brandy and the entire Deering team were very friendly and easy to work with- results driven. They're marketing team was top notch (online presence, videography, photos, number of open houses...). Mark and Brandy both provided us with their professional knowledge while considering what we, the clients, hoped to achieve by the sale of our home. The best part about the entire experience was that everything that needed to be remediated in order to close the deal was handled entirely by their team.
