Stacey always makes time to show you a house when it fits your schedule. She makes sure that you see everything that you need to see in a particular house so that you can make the right decision. She is the best agent that I have worked with in the past and present. I pay attention to others that I know are selling their house and they have not had the same experience as I have had using Stacey! She is the BEST!

I have worked with realtors and title companies for my own personal company for over 30 years. I am appalled at how much service and knowledge have gone down over the years. Many of them fail to inform their customers about the real costs involved in buying and selling properties like principle residence exemptions, property tax uncapping, and zoning issues to name a few. Well I am happy to say that Jackob is breath of fresh air! He may be on the younger side but don’t let that deter you! He is well educated in all things real estate and truly cares about finding you the best property to meet your needs at the best price. He always responded quickly to any inquiries and always listened to our concerns and often offered multiple solutions. He isn’t going to try to make the sale no matter what and has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend using him as your realtor whether you’re buying or selling. You won’t be disappointed!

We have been so impressed with Kim as our realtor! Within one week, we met with her to determine a listing price, had photos taken of house for MLS, listed the house, accepted an offer and had our inspection. I'm typically a worrier in situations that move this quickly, but Kim was always available for a phone conversation or a text or two which kept my mind at ease. The entire process was simple and quick, and it was all finished with a successful closing exactly one month after the listing date!
