Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish with Shiela

I don't even know where to start in describing the excellent experience we had with Shiela as our agent. From day one, she was incredibly attentive to our needs and priorities when it came to selling our home. Throughout the process, we truly felt like we had a partner every step of the way. In the end, she delivered on our top priorities, helping us achieve the best possible price while also ensuring a quick sale. Along the way, she went above and beyond in so many ways. She made sure we had moving boxes, beautifully staged our home for showings, and kept us on track with all the little details that are so easy to overlook. What really set Shiela apart was her ability to balance professionalism with empathy. She understood that selling a home isn’t just a transaction, it’s an emotional experience tied to years of memories and she was incredibly in tune with that throughout the process. Attentive, responsive, supportive and wonderful!

Whenever I wanted to look at a house Leda was very responsive and available to accommodate my schedule. Navigating this process alone, she gave me so much support that went beyond what I expected a realtor to do. She was patient and genuinely wanted to help me find the best home that checked all of my boxes. I would use her again in a heartbeat! She made sure that something that we found in inspection got addressed by the seller prior to the close of the house. I highly recommend her and I’m so excited about my new house!

In Excellent Hands from Start to Finish

I did not know Kim before this process, but from the moment we met, the connection was instant. She is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. Kim is extremely knowledgeable in her profession, and throughout the entire process, I always felt confident that she was looking out for my best interests. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, even for the most patient person, but Kim was always there with a word of comfort, encouragement, and reassurance. People often use the phrase "down-to-earth," and that description fits Kim perfectly. She is approachable, genuine, and easy to work with, which made a challenging process much more manageable. If you have the opportunity to work with Kim, you will be in excellent hands.

Above and beyond, every step of the way!

We have been so impressed with Kim as our realtor! Within one week, we met with her to determine a listing price, had photos taken of house for MLS, listed the house, accepted an offer and had our inspection. I'm typically a worrier in situations that move this quickly, but Kim was always available for a phone conversation or a text or two which kept my mind at ease. The entire process was simple and quick, and it was all finished with a successful closing exactly one month after the listing date! We wholeheartedly recommend Kim to anyone buying or selling a home. She exceeded every expectation and made what could've been a stressful experience an exciting and rewarding one.
