we first met JODY throug a relative whom suggested her. Jody came to our home several years ago and instructed us on details to get home "show ready" this year jody checked back with us and said all things considered ..as to prep of home a cash offer would be be best . we negotiated a price and closing date closed and are now getting hhg's moved to temporary housing till we find what we need.
