We worked with Mollie to find a condo in Byron Center. Since we were not living in the Grand Rapids area, we did online searches and selected condos to visit, we gave the list to Mollie and she organized the visits perfectly so we were able to see all the places in one day. Mollie worked efficiently to submit our purchase offer in a few hours in order to meet the deadline and continued working until late evening until an agreement was reached with the seller.

She proactively helped us conduct a market valuation so that we could enter the home-buying process with an understanding of what we could earn from selling our existing home. Jody really let us drive the search, knowing we were after something specific and that we'd reach out if we wanted to tour. She was always responsive and kept us up to date with listings on her radar, as well. It was exactly the right level of communication for our unique needs! Once we were ready to sell, Jody was very transparent about how she would market our home and we worked on a timeline together. Buying and selling very difficult for someone who doesn't like change. Brenda was very knowledgeable and patient with us through the entire process. I would consider her a dear friend at this point. Brenda was very familiar with the market and worked with us to decide on a listing price that would not only bring in multiple buyers, but also bring the best offer. She came into our home and told us what we needed to do to stage it properly and even helped us move things around and out of our house! Over and above service!
