This is the 2nd house I've sold with Mollie as my agent. Both times we found ourselves in situations where we needed to list our house quickly, with zero prep work possible. Both times Mollie sold the house in a couple of days, for full or above full asking price, even with obstacles such as the stairs/upstairs hallway NOT HAVING ANY FLOORING (I am not kidding - there was no floor) and having A LOT of pets that were present for the showings.

I have worked with Curtis for the purchase of 2 homes now. He did an excellent job showing me listings and keeping me in the loop on progress once we got the paperwork started. He has great customer service checking in and is very personable to work with. My 2nd home was a townhome in the process of being built and I was pregnant on a timeline hoping to move in before the baby arrived. Curtis did a great job keeping me in the loop and staying on top of the contract company on their progress to make sure we met that deadline. I always refer Curtis to my friends who are interested in purchasing a home because I have always had a great experience working with him. He goes above and beyond for his clients. If I could give him a 6th star I would.

Rachel was AMAZING! She was so incredibly patient with us in our long journey in finding the perfect home.
