Mollie was absolutely amazing to work with in the Rockford area. She spent several hours getting to know exactly what we wanted in a house then setting up houses to visit. She was very knowledgeable about the area and toured us around before seeing houses to understand the region better. We spent the day touring houses in private showings and took time to point out pluses and minuses of the school districts and schools that each house belonged to. She made the paperwork process of the bid very easy as well as being very knowledgeable about the builders and their willingness to make concessions. The entire process of buying our home was fantastic!!!

Mollie understood our need to not invest a lot of time or money in preparing the house, and she coordinated tasks like deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc. without my needing to be directly involved.
