I didn’t just find a house—I found the home, and I truly believe that wouldn’t have happened without Jim. From the very beginning, Jim listened—really listened—to what I wanted and never rushed me or tried to push me into something that didn’t feel right. Every question I had (and I had a lot), he answered with patience and clarity. What really set Jim apart was his background in construction. During a showing, he recognized a rare radiant heating system most agents would have overlooked—and took the time to thoroughly check it. That’s when he discovered two zones weren’t working. Instead of glossing over it, he negotiated to have them repaired before closing, saving me from a major headache. We went into our house search determined to find exactly what we wanted, and honestly, that didn’t involve the “typical realtor experience.” I called on several properties and quickly ran into agents who seemed more focused on selling themselves than the homes they represented.
