We chose Mollie to list my parents' home after their move to a retirement center. I was helping to manage the process from the other side of the State, so needed an agent who would help keep things simple and streamlined. The process was so quick and successful -- amazing! Mollie understood our need to not invest a lot of time or money in preparing the house, and she coordinated tasks like deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc. without my needing to be directly involved. She put in extra work to explain the process and options to me, then again to my parents. She involved me at the exactly correct level, and allowed me to facilitate discussions with and decisions by my parents. Most importantly, Mollie was so caring and patient with my parents, answering endless questions (many that she had already discussed with me and I had discussed with them :-) ), and making multiple trips to their retirement community to meet in-person, make sure signing of documents went smoothly, etc. In less than 48 hours after posting the listing, Mollie presented to us multiple offers, over the listing price, and transitioned us swiftly to a successful closing. Amazing! I highly recommend Mollie as a listing agent. She was perfect for what we needed, and clearly would be able to adapt to any situation. 5 stars!
