Fast forward several months to when we actually were ready to start getting it on the market, she helped us find folks to do the bit of sprucing up it needed. She always kept us in the loop and we trusted her to handle everything since we couldn't be there. Anytime we had a question, she was quick to respond. She was even helpful in reminding us when things needed to be handled, which was great for me as an occasionally absent-minded mom. She handled all the offers we received and helped us make informed decisions in the negotiating process. She was on top of everything all the way to closing, and even made sure we got the paperwork in the end. This was our first time really using a realtor, and I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. I seriously can not recommend her highly enough.

Let me start by saying that the my overall experience with selling my house was about as stress free as I could ever hope for. Bradley and his team did everything right and went above and beyond what a typical realtor would do. He literally got down his hands and knees and helped me dig and fix a plumbing issue I had. He also arranged to have some repairs done and took care of some of them himself, what realtor does that, most just want you to sign a contract and collect a commission, not Bradley, he genuinely wants to make sure client is happy with the outcome and even follows up after the sale. He has also become a resource for me for projects on my new house, and while I may not need realtor in the near future I will be referring him to all friends and family. Selling a home is stressful, but having Bradley and his team on my side reduced that stress, I put my trust in him and he came through in exemplary fashion!
