I flew into Tampa for 3 days to look at homes in the Seminole Heights neighborhood. Maritza arranged for several showings in one day (some properties we looked at twice in the same day) and she coordinated return visits to two of the properties two days later. Trevor is the best realtor we've worked with, and after more than two decades of buying and selling homes in several states. He was professional, courteous, punctual, and thoughtful at every step, and he was remarkably responsive whether we reached him by phone, text, or email. What really set him apart was how he handled accessibility. I'm blind, and Trevor purchased new software and taught himself to use it so he could get every document to me in a format I could read independently. No agent has ever done that for us. He didn't make it into a production either. He just solved it. He also coordinated inspections and repairs throughout the purchase, and he's still helping us with repairs now that we've closed. That kind of follow-through after the deal is done tells you everything about the kind of person he is. If you're looking for an agent, Trevor has our highest recommendation.

Charmaine was excellent to work with. She kept in touch constantly and was very communicative when it came to keeping us informed and up to date with what was going on at my sister's house. This was very important since I lived out of town and had no idea what was going on at the house. When problems occurred and the unexpected "popped up", Charmaine stayed on top of things and would not only communicate the problem, but also suggested solutions and ways to take care of any of those unexpected occurrences.
