Not only are they professional, ethical and courteous, but they go above and beyond to insure your house is in the best position/condition to sell, this is the cherry on top, I mean when a realtor climbs up on your roof, checks your plumbing and AC, coordinates repairs and gets his own hands dirty and just doesn't sit back and wait on commissions, that's an above and beyond unlike anyone I've ever dealt with before.
