Brenda was very knowledgeable about the housing market. She knew what was selling and for how much and what wasn't selling and the reasons why. She takes her personal time to help you stage your home so it looks it's best. She gives you suggestions on what to do to your home to get top dollar and sell quickly. It worked, because my house sold for asking price and sold in one day! She always kept me informed of the process. When I called she was there to answer my questions. I felt very comfortable leaving it in her hands. She also has that home like/down to earth mannerism. You can't find a better realtor than Brenda McGlothin!
