I have worked with Jeanette on a few different occasions and have always had a positive experience. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Jeanette brought in window treatments and other decorations to assist with staging and presentation to sell the house. She helped me make necessary repairs to the house to get it ready to list. She referred me some of the best service people, ie, handyman, plumber etc. If I couldn't be there to supervise and let them in, Jeanette was. After selling a house it was time to find a new one. Jeannette was very diligent helping me search. She sent me new listings every day. She was quick to point out defects or undesirable attributes. She never tried to talk me into anything and encouraged me to walk away when it didn't feel 100% right. We finally found the right and home and it was new construction. Jeannette came to every appointment and walk through and pointed out every little imperfection that I never would have noticed and got them to fix it. Wow. How do I even begin, I met Tyler at this same open house. We were traveling from Miami to spend Easter weekend with family, just the weekend prior we had gotten pre approved so we decided why not pass by and see the house. There we met Tyler and automatically he looked up houses for us right there and then and offered to help us. He left a few hours later the open house and showed us the properties we wanted to see. all this was last minute so it was very sweet of him to take time aside to show us the most homes he could. Sunday he replied to all our texts and answered all our questions even though it was Easter. We finally made an offer on the home and Tyler helped us the whole way.
