Brenda is an extremely professional and personable realtor. Her knowledge of the current market is astounding. She offered advice for decluttering and staging our home so that it looked perfect for the listing photographs. Brenda researched the comps in the area and convinced us to raise our asking price, which really paid off when we sold after just one day on the market! We knew we wanted to use her services again when purchasing our current dream home.

I’ve never met someone as patient and sweet as her. She didn’t give up when things got tough to find a home and she responds at anytime of the day.

Candy was awesome to work with. Since we first met her, she gave us a great orientation on the process and helped us every step of the way. She is very quick to respond and was always available to show us properties on a whim. We had seen a neighborhood we loved, but the house was not in the shape needed for us to finance through an FHA loan. So she took from her time, while taking care of a personal errand, to look for an alternative we would not have considered because of pricing. Turns out it was the only other house selling in that same neighborhood we loved. She worked with our financial institution to get a fast pre-approval and we got the house! As first time home buyers, Candy made it a very pleasant experience. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a hands on realtor!

Listed with Candy and sold our house quickly, while also searching for our new forever home. She was friendly and knowledgeable and made everything so easy to do and understand.

My listing agent, Candy Smith, was absolutely the best. She gave me such great service, it felt like I was her only client. She was extremely swift in getting my house sold. We had multiple offers the very first day on the market. Thank you so much to the entire Keller-Williams team!

I've had the pleasure of working with Nichole on a few occasions. She is not only my "go-to" realtor, she has become a friend. With every transaction and encounter she has gone above and beyond exceeding mine and my family's needs. She has great, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. Looking forward to working with her again!

Nichole went above and beyond and with lightning speed! She had my house on the market with professional photos a week after I contacted her simply inquiring on what the steps to selling a house were. My listing was gorgeous and got immediate attention. We were under contract in less than a week with several above asking offers! I'm pretty sure she never sleeps because she is so responsive and attentive. Anytime I had a question she was already 3 steps ahead of me. A million stars all the way around, I could write a novel!

The best duo ever. Marijean and her husband were amazing. I felt extremely comfortable asking all of what i thought were silly questions as a first time home buyer. They were super detailed and prompt on everything. My husband and I felt secure and instantly trusted them. Great work and smooth process!
