Chris was a great to work with. He gave me renovation tips. He referred contractors who were skilled and reasonably priced. Chris communicates well. He responds quickly. He listens well and has thoughtful responses. I was never confused about the process. In addition, he did a great job marketing my property and working with the buyer’s agent. Services, fees, and processes were explained up front (nothing hidden / no surprises) honest and trustworthy. Buying and selling is a very stressful process. Dan made this journey the best it could be. He acted as a friend and trusted advisor - looking out for my interests in selling my home and finding a new one. Through the contract process he kept me informed every step of the way - which is difficult because your mind is going in a million different directions. During the inspection process he stayed on tops of punch list items that needed to be taken care of - always keeping me informed. He is ethical and honest - did what was best for me in the way of negotiating contracts on both sides. He has continued to follow up with vendors, and the buyer and seller as well. He was there on my melt down days and talked me through it! Always positive and sees the good!!!
