Since our landscaping was in full bloom, she used a drone to emphasize curb appeal. Her creative thinking again was in play as she used virtual staging to creatively update our home presentation with today's furniture styles. Darcy shared all of her strategies with us. I would highly recommend Angelica as a realtor. She supported us in a quick sale of our home. She came over several times to walk us through the process as well as give us tips and advice on what would look best for photos and showings. Any realtor can sell a house. If you are smart, you will get Darcy as she can also handle all of the other STUFF! And believe me there is more other stuff than you know.
